Building Hope - a SChool Film

This School Film was written and filmed for the International Christian School of Vienna which provides private education from Kindergarten to 12th Grade.

This school film took inspiration from the voiceless P&G ads from the Olympics in years past. Created to showcase journey, connection, learning, inspiration, mentorship, and impact, we selected several different parts of the school journey to showcase the experience that a student has at different stages of their time at ICSV.

For this film we used all normal students and teachers all during school related hours and our aim was to make each scene as authentic and real as possible while crafting an impactful story and showcasing specific characters in each scene.

This type of school film is very different from a classic school image film that normally showcases the director talking about the impact and legacy of the school. We chose to connect emotionally with the viewer and show the families and possible students what life is actually like rather than saying what it’s like.
